About our founder...

Godson is a global client executive with over 15 years of consulting experience. He advises executive management and leadership teams at public and private companies on enterprise risk management, technology strategy and transformation, and global compliance. He has an extensive scope of responsibility leading global teams and engagements in North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America and has managed teams of 100+ consulting professionals, including off-shore resources to deliver over $20 million in annual engagement revenues across multiple industries and services.

Our founder is a community leader and an advocate for youth education, leadership, and career empowerment. He spends his time and talent on the passionate work of serving youth through service and leadership across the mid-west region and nationally, with a differential focus on minorities and women.

He was named a 2016 Titan of Technology – Community Hero honoree by the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal; in 2018 he received the Public Service Award from the Minnesota Society of CPAs and in 2019, he was recognized by Consulting Magazine as a ‘Rising Star of the Profession’ for excellence in leadership.  Luther College honored Godson with the 2022 Distinguished Young Alumni Award and in February 2023, the Business Journal placed Godson in the ‘Top 200 Black Leaders You Need to Know'
